In response to high cholesterol foods I've decided to write a list with low saturated, low cholesterol foods and high fiber2c to make your diet planning easier. When it comes to foods, high cholesterol levels are caused mainly by the fats that you get from the food. The way to go is low. Plan your eating in advance with recipes for a healthier diet and always remember to have fruits and vegetables included in your diet.

Keep in mind that animal products are extremely high cholesterol foods and high in fat, which clog you up.

Tip: Oatmeal is full of soluble fiber, which we know lowers LDL levels. Experts aren't exactly sure how but there's plenty of evidence that eating oatmeal lowers cholesterol levels.
